Why do I need an RFID-blocking wallet?
Without RFID-blocking material, your credit card information (such as the number, expiration date, and security code) can be scanned and retrieved wirelessly by someone passing by with a scanning device. RFID-blocking wallets, like the PROOF Wallet, prevent digital theft no matter where you happen to spend the day.
What is the difference between a bifold wallet and a minimalist wallet?
As the name suggests, bifold wallets have two folds. You store cards in staggered slots on each side of the wallet.
A minimalist wallet, however, typically has no folds. You place your cash in an elastic strap on the exterior of the wallet and insert your card into the central card-holding compartment on the interior of the wallet. When you need access to a card, a built-in mechanism (like the PROOF Wallet’s pull tab) pushes them all out for you to fan and find the one you need.
Are minimalist wallets worth it?
We believe that our minimalist wallet is worth your consideration for a number of reasons. Because they don’t take up as much space in your pocket, they’re more comfortable to carry. In fact, they’re compact enough to be used as front-pocket wallets.
