The purchaser recognizes and acknowledges that it is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning the purchase, receipt, possession, carrying, transportation, transfer, and use of any knife or other product purchased from Krate Tactical.
By placing this order, the purchaser represents and certifies that they:
- Are of legal age to purchase and receive each product in the order;
- Are not prohibited by law from purchasing, receiving, possessing, carrying, transporting, or using the product;
- Have researched and understand the laws applicable to the purchaser and the delivery location;
- Satisfy any eligibility requirement or legal exception applicable to the purchase or receipt of an automatic-opening knife;
- Will use and possess the product only for lawful purposes; and
- Will not sell, transfer, or provide the product to any person who is prohibited from receiving or possessing it.
