We currently ship to most U.S. states **except California and New York**, due to applicable restrictions on certain products.

Warranty Information
KRATE Tactical honors a lifetime warranty for all products, with exception to ear protection.
- As long as the item is presented, the lifetime warranty is honored.
-Krate Tactical does not cover lost or stolen items.
-ISOtunes ear protection is covered under a one-year warranty. A warranty for Isotunes ear protection is void after one year.
- Coverage: Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- Claim Process: To file a warranty claim, please contact [support@kratetactical.com] with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from KRATE Tactical.
- Returns: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The purchaser must handle and pay for return shipping.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping and handling fees.
- Orders past the 30 day return window are not eligible for refund/return.
