Love the design. Irritated with the fact that after less than a month of having it, with very minimal use, when i go to open the knife it will not lock out in the open position and i have to either pull the blade out by hand or harshly slam it down to get the blade to lock back in the stowed position in order to try opening again. thus normally being a several attempt process to get the blade to stay in the locked out position and able to be used. Also annoyed by the screws which hold the knife together. after misplacing the disassembly tool i now can not take the knife apart with any generic tool to try and figure out what the problem may be and fix it myself. Hope i never need it in a hurry, very worried it will let me down in a “need it quick” situation.
My wife boughtt me this ghost as a congratulatory gift, when I received a medal at work. I have been nothing but satisfied with it. I frequently carry it on duty, and have gotten several compliments from my fellow officers. Rest assured, I’ll be getting the Barracuda real soon. Thanks for a quality product.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review. Just to clarify, you were sent 7 separate units in an attempt to make your claim right. 3 of those units were “stolen from your mailbox” , yet we sent replacements anyway. Additionally, the damage that was presented for the knife was clearly user error and or abuse and is not covered under warranty. Despite that fact we still stood by our warranty. We also multiple times gave you the option to return what you “had to the dealer you purchased it from” for a full return. You stated that you had no way to get there and asked for us to pay for an uber for you to do so….We feel that we have gone above and beyond for you and have decided that it’s not in our best interest to continue the toxic relationship. The offer of a full refund still stands from us or the dealer that you purchased it from.- Mike
